Il Seccatoio was originally a chestnut drying house which has been rebuilt and restored maintaining the layout, with the top floor bedroom doors where the chestnuts were brought in now opening onto the chestnut forest.

The accommodation has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and living area as well as large outdoor porticos and barbeque area.  It has the following facilities:
