Each villa comprises 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and living area as well as large outdoor porticos and barbeque area. "Il Seccatoio" will sleep up to 5 persons whilst "Casa Vecchia" will sleep up to 6 persons.  To view more information about the villas please click here.

The Villas at Podernuovo are closed each year from December until the end of March the following year.

Booking Conditions

Minimum stay is 4 nights

  • Arrival between 4-00pm and 7-30pm
  • Departure between 8-00am and 10-00am
Heating is metered and is an additional charge based upon usage

Security Deposit €200

Payable in cash on arrival and refundable on the date of departure less heating charges or charges for breakages or damages (if any).

 

Bedroom and bathroom linen is included.

 

The villa is provided to the client clean, tidy and in good condition and the client is obliged to return the villa in a similar state at the end of the rental period. This includes the disposal of all rubbish, and the cleaning of all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery. Alternatively you may choose to pay a cleaning charge of €60 for this cleaning service.

 

Pets are not permitted.

Deposit on Booking

30% of the rental fee is payable upon booking with the balance payable 45 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.

 

For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the full rental payment must be made at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

15% of rental fee if cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to the rental period
30% of rental fee if cancellation is made bewteen 90 days and 60 days prior to the rental period
75% of rental fee if cancellation is made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the rental period

100% of rental fee if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the rental period and for no shows without prior notice

 

Should the villa be re-let for the rental period then 80% of the rental fee will be refunded.
